Bicker is a chat client and relay server that can run completely on the Cloudflare free tier.
The design stores nothing on the client in any kind of persistent storage. An optional nick reservation system using Cloudflare Durable Objects stores a hash for a reserved nick, and a hash for the password to claim it. Chatters are effectively anon, although the infrastructure host may log IPs.
